NOTICE OF MAKING OF THE

SOUTH DUBLIN COUNTY COUNCIL

DEVELOPMENT PLAN 2016-2022

Pursuant to Section 12(12) of the Planning and

Development Act, 2000 (as amended), notice is hereby

given that South Dublin County Council, being the

Planning Authority for South Dublin County, made a

County Development Plan on Monday 16th May 2016.

The South Dublin County Council Development Plan

2016-2022 is accompanied by an Environmental

Report, prepared in accordance with the Planning and

Development (Strategic Environmental Assessment)

Regulations 2004-2011 and an Appropriate Assessment

Screening, pursuant to Article 6 of the Habitats Directive

92/43/EEC.

The South Dublin County Council Development Plan 2016-

2022 comes into eect on Sunday 12th June 2016 and

will be available for inspection (and will be kept available

for inspection accordingly) at the following locations,

excluding Bank Holidays, from Friday 10th June 2016:

• County Hall, Tallaght during normal opening hours

• Civic O-ces, Clondalkin during normal opening hours

The documents will be available to view or download from

the Council’s websites www.southdublindevplan.ie and

www.sdcc.ie from Friday 10th June 2016 and may also be

inspected at all branches of South Dublin County Libraries

from Monday 13th June 2016.

Copies of the Plan will be available to purchase from the

Land Use Planning & Transportation Department, County

Hall Tallaght, Dublin 24 from Monday 13th June 2016.
