Temporary Closure of Main Street, Lucan and a section of Leixlip Road
To facilitate the Lucan Festival, South Dublin County Council proposes to temporarily close Main Street, Lucan and a section of Leixlip Road on Sunday, 13th September 2015 from 11.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m.
Detour signs will be erected.
Local Access will be maintained.
Alternative Routes:-
From Adamstown Road to Lower Lucan Road
Via Lucan Road and The Old Hill and vice versa. (Suitable for light vehicles only)
OR
Via the Lucan Bypass (N4), Ballydowd Interchange (Junction 3), Lucan Road and the Old Hill and vice versa. (Suitable for all vehicles including Heavy Goods Vehicles)
From the Leixlip Road to Lucan Road
Via the Lucan Bypass (N4) and Adamstown Road and vice versa.
Any person interested may lodge an objection with the Senior Executive Officer, Land Use, Planning and Transportation, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24 not later than 5.00 p.m on Tuesday 18th August 2015.
