ROADS ACT 2004, SECTION 10

RE: ROAD WORKS SPEED LIMIT ORDER 80 KM/H M4

Notice is hereby given that South Dublin County Council in exercise of the powers vested in it by Section 10 of the Road Traffic Act 2004 has made a Road Works Speed Limit Order for a speed limit of 80 km/h on the M4, as follows:-

 1)     M4 Westbound from a distance of 1195m east of the county boundary between Kildare County Council and South Dublin County Council to the County Boundary between Kildare County Council and South Dublin County Council and

2)     M4 Eastbound from the County Boundary between Kildare County Council and South Dublin County Council to a distance 180m east of the County Boundary between Kildare County Council and South Dublin County Council.

These works are being carried out to facilitate rehabilitation works at Liffey Bridge South.

The Road Works Speed Limit of 80 km/h will apply from Tuesday 5th May 2015 to Saturday 16th May 2015.
