Temporary Closure of a section of Bóthar Katherine Tynan (Embankment Road Extension)
In order to facilitate the installation of 110kV pylons by the ESB Networks, South Dublin County Council proposes to temporarily close a section of Bóthar Katherine Tynan (Embankment Road Extension) from its junction with Cookstown Road to its junction with Cheeverstown Road (R136) from Monday 16th April 2012 until Friday 20th April 2012 from 9am to 5pm daily.
Alternative route via Cookstown Way, Tallaght Bypass (N81), Blessington Road, Cheeverstown Road (R136) and vice versa
Diversion signs will be erected.
Local access will be maintained at all times
Any person interested may lodge an objection with the Senior Executive Officer, Roads Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24 not later than 5.00 p.m. on Monday 2nd April 2012.
