SOUTH DUBLIN COUNTY COUNCIL

COMHAIRLE CONTAE ÀTHA CLIATH THEAS

Notice is hereby given that South Dublin County Council, pursuant to the power vested in it under Section 73 of the Roads Act 1993, has resolved that the public rights-of-way at the following locations be extinguished.

1.                  Public right of way over laneway to side and rear of 100 Balrothery Estate, and the

            rear of 99 Balrothery Estate, Tallaght, Dublin 24, shown shaded red on Drawing No 

            RE 1119.  

       2.        Public right of way over pathway adjacent to 71 Tymon North Road and 10 St  

                  Aongus Green, Tallaght, Dublin 24, shown shaded red on Drawing No. RE 1118.
