SOUTH DUBLIN COUNTY COUNCIL

Notice is hereby given that South Dublin County Council, pursuant to the power vested in it under Section 73 of the Roads Act 1993, has resolved that the public right-of-way at the following location be extinguished.

 Public right of way over portion of  Old Cooldrinagh Lane, Lucan, Co Dublin,   shown shaded red on Drawing No. RE 1033.  Map can be viewed on South Dublin County Council website.

 The re-aligned section of Cooldrinagh Lane was declared to be a public road by the Council at its meeting on 12th July 2010.
