Public Notice of Proposed Salt Barn facility at the old Lucan Road, Fonthill
Pursuant to the requirements of the above, notice is hereby given of the proposed provision by South Dublin County Council of the above scheme and a description of the proposed works follows:
The proposed works consist of the following:
1. The development of the site approx 0.74
Hectares to include a Salt Barn, Machinery
Building and associated facilities. It also
includes facilities for storage, parking and
re-fueling of plant and machinery,
necessary utilities and services.
2. Associated access and egress points to
the site.
3. Associated road signage and road markings.
Plans and particulars of the proposed development will be available for inspection, or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, at:
(a) South Dublin County Council Offices, County Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24 Between the hours of 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am - 4.30pm Friday (Inspection and purchase).
(b)South Dublin County Council Offices, Clondalkln, Dublin 22 Between the hours of 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am - 4.30pm Friday. (Inspection only)
(c) County Library, County Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24 Between the hours of 9.45am -8.00pm Monday to Thursday and 9.45am - 4.30pm Friday and Saturday (Inspection only).
(d)Lucan Library, Superqulnn Shopping Centre, Newcastle Road, Lucan Between the hours of 9.45am - 8.00pm Monday to Thursday and 9.45am - 4.30pm Friday and Saturday (Inspection only).
(e)The plans and particulars can also be viewed on the County Councils website -www.southdublin.ie. From Monday 12th July 2010 until Tuesday 24th August 2010.
Written submissions or observations with respect to the proposed development dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the development would be situated may be made in writing before 5pm on Tuesday 7th September to The Senior Executive Officer, Roads and Traffic Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre.
