Notice is hereby given that South Dublin County Council, pursuant to the power vested in it under Section 73 of the Roads Act 1993, has resolved that the public right-of-way at the following location be extinguished.

Public right-of-way over that portion of the laneway to the rear of 34 St Peter?s  Drive, Greenhills, shown shaded green on Drawing No. RE 0615/2. Map can be  viewed on South Dublin County Council website.
