Clonburris Strategic Development Zone

Planning Scheme and Environmental Statement

 

In accordance with Section 169 (7) of the Planning and Development Acts 2000 ? 2007, An Bord Pleanala approved the making of the Planning Scheme for the Clonburris Strategic Development Zone (SDZ) on 5th November 2008.

A copy of the consolidated Planning Scheme document incorporating the Proposed Planning Scheme, August 2007 as amended by South Dublin on 9th January 2008 and all modifications approved by An Bord Pleanala on 5th November 2008 has been drawn up by the Development Agency, South Dublin County Council.

In accordance with Section 169 (7)(b) of the Planning and Development Acts 2000 ? 2007 and Article 179 I (3)(a) of the Planning and Development (Strategic Environmental Assessment) Regulations 2004, the approved Planning Scheme and Environmental Statement are available for inspection at the following location and times:

The Planning Scheme and Environmental Statement may be viewed 24 hours a day, seven days a week on the South Dublin County Council websites: www.southdublin.ie and www.clonburris.ie.

In accordance with Section 170 (3) of the Planning and Development Acts 2000 ? 2007 no appeal shall lie to Bord Pleanala against a decision of South Dublin County Council on an application for permission in respect of a development within the area subject to the Clonburris Planning Scheme.
